Thank you banks for sticking it to us for years, Now it your turn to feel the pain of a mortgage that you cant afford. Somtimes I laugh at the thought of your highly educated underwriters writing loans they must have known would eventually fail. Not even bothering to check incomes or job verification. I guess now those underwriters are now called asset managers working on the disposition of failed loans. Now thats jog security. What a Nightmare you must be going through. Believe me when it comes to writing offers now I grin everytime I stick it to you. I love to kick A$$ for my clients so if you are listening Watch out!
